New client portal gives SCCI the edge

If you want to look good in front of your clients, then what better way to show them your portfolio if you’re a designer, your products if you’re a salesman, but what if you are a satellite installer and work on behalf of councils, housing associations or organisations of a similar size? Well, how about developing a portal whereby your clients can login to see all of the contracts they have with you and dive into each process within the contract to see progression through to completion.
X:drive have produced a new client portal for SCCI that allows them to interact with their customers on a constant basis. The new portal developed on X:drive’s secure hosting facility allows clients and their consultants to login and approve or make comments on surveys that have been carried out on blocks within a contract. From this point customers can see all information within the contract from status breakdowns for each block, individual dwelling records, right through to job completion and customer survey results and statistics.
By providing this information SCCI are so confident in the work they do and the results they produce that they are able to put themselves in a glass tower in order for all of their customers to see what they are doing on a daily basis.
